Do I own the website?

Yes. Once you have fully paid for your website package, you own the website completely.

How many pages will I get?

One Page Website: Includes a 'landing page' design + Copywriting + Images + Contact Form.
Business Website Design: Includes Home Page + About Page + Service Pages + Copywriting + Images + Contact Form + Blog.
ECommerce: Is an online store and focused as such. It includes Home Page + About Page + Shop Configuration + Copywriting for 10 products + Blog + Contact Form. We set up 10 products for you. You add more products as required and we'll show you how.

Can I add products to my ecommerce website?

Yes you can. We add 10 products to your website for you. After that you can add as many more products as you like ad we'll show you how.

Can I add more pages after handover?

Yes you can. More pages can be added via our Website Administration package.

Can I upgrade / downgrade my package?

You can upgrade your package to extend your website functionality. Downgrading is not practical / possible.

Will you customise my website?

Of course! Your website will be custom designed based on your brief to us. All website packages include professional copywriting & royalty free stock imagery. The Ecommerce package includes copywriting for 10 product descriptions.

How many design revisions to I get?

During our online website design consultation, we discuss your website design and vision. Based on this, we provide you a wireframe illustration indicating page layout for sections, menus, information modules etc. This is then used as a guide for us to build your website.

Once the site is built we can discuss tweaks the layout. We'll work with you to deliver the website you want 🙂

How long will it take to create?

Most sites take between 2-4 weeks to create.

Ecommerce: LiteSpeed Server 10GB / 400% CPU / 6GB Memory. Note: More space and resources are required to run an ecommerce website.

Do I get an email account?

Yes, you do. Email accounts can be created on the server and contribute to your server disc space quota. We recommend Google Workspace as a better, more professional option for your business.

Google Workspace allows your emails to be separate from the web hosting server. This is a more secure & robust way of managing emails. You can also control and add as many email accounts as you want. We assist with the set up Google Workspace for you as part of our web design service.

A professional Google Workspace email account provides the following services:

Google Analytics - for monitoring traffic to your website.
Google My Business Listing - Used to display local businesses on a map.
Google Search Console - Use to submit your website URL's to Google search engine.
Google AdWords - Used if you want to setup a pay per click advertising campaign.
YouTube Channel - Promote your services & products on the second largest search engine.

If you prefer to use a free Gmail account with your business, that's okay too.

Will my website be mobile friendly?

Yes. Your website design will be responsive and mobile friendly. This means your website adjusts the layout and design for different sized devices depending on the screen size width.

Will you register my domain name?

Yes - we also provide domain name registration.

Domain is the name that relates to your business name and/or services & products you provide. Ideally it should be short, memorable and spelt correctly.

In order to register a .com.au domain you will need an ABN or ACN.

IMPORTANT: In case you want to Register Domain yourself, you do not need to purchase website hosting as we provide this as part of our service & support.
